Upon receiving your farm fresh blooms, if you have any concerns about the product, please take photos and reach out to us right away at candi@oxleyhillfarmflowers.com.au

As our products are field-grown and minimally treated with sprays, it's not uncommon to encounter an occasional bug. While we make every effort to remove any pests before shipping, please be aware that we may not catch every one. Refunds will only be offered if there is significant damage to the blooms, rather than minor imperfections.
